What does everyone think about fisrt time buyers. They can't get a house because they are too expensive and they can't afford it.
I think that they should rent their first house rather than buy it becasue it would be more cheaper to rent them

There average age of first time buyers is increasing rapidly. This is due to house prices rising out of line with wage increases, which are based on inflation.
I predict that house prices will not fall, but they will 'level out' and give wages a chance to increase. Then the whole process will repeat itself. House prices will start rising again.
Glad to see that at last you're starting some decent topics Jamie. Keep it up!

First time buyers are struggling to afford homes, and when we try to buy our houses when we reach that age, we will struggle even more because they would have risen further out of our reach. Therefore we would have to rent houses instead of purchasing them.
