There is a lack of nonsense on this board (apart from Liquidus' posts..ZING!). So I propose an informal survey of what we eat for lunch.
I just bought a chicken salad roll and some scoth broth.
Ooh the excitement.

I usually eat a bag of salt 'n' vinegar walkers crisps and a pair of service-stationesque turkey and cranberry sauce sandwiches, bought from what I optimistically call 'the canteen'.
However, today I had a Slatery's duck in Hoi sin sauce barm on white bread with salad. Cos I'm, like, soooooo metrosexual.

Not behind your face, liquidus. In front of it! Remember that was in an open thread, silly boots. We're MUCH more insulting in our PM's.

Liquidus! how lovely to see you again. Perhaps, rather than giving us indignation over jokes, you could instead provide some answer to all the questions waiting for you on the beliefs thread? Unless, of course, you actually just spent that entire thread spouting bollocks about things you know absolutely cock-all about and now have no answers whatsoever?

Too late, Nas. He scuttled off after I posted my rather ingenious rebuffal to his whine.

Damn. It's so hard to find a good Christian these days. All the intelligent ones lack any real passion about their religion. Wonder why?

Okay, it's one thing being this critical on the beliefs thread but in an informal thread about lunch can we be a little more polite to each other otherwise I'm afraid I'll have to lock the thread. On the subject lunch, however, I had an all day breakfast with a pot of tea

A proper all-day breakfast, with bacon cooked in eight-day old fat, a tomato so well-done it's black, and fried bread you could kill a hippo with?

Was that what you had to eat or just an exasperated outburst at a seemingly pointless topic,
"Oh, Noodles!"

LOL. Today, I have been mostly eating an Egg Mayonnaise rolle, and a chicken salad roll.
